Membership Conditions

1 Subscription or Membership

The subscription or membership to LOOP Fitness is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be used by anyone other than the membership holder.

All members can train freely in any LOOP centre, unless stated otherwise in the subscription.

All  personal information of the members is stored in a private database to which only LOOP Fitness Spain SL has access.

Changes in personal data, such as name, address, telephone number, email, etc., must be notified immediately to LOOP. If you need to renew your credit card information this can be done through Login.

2 Access Control

To access the centre, members have to enter their personal PIN on a screen device located next to the front doors at the entrance.

If you do not remember your PIN code, contact us and, after verifying your identity, we will retrieve it from your database.

If you think someone else has used your PIN illegally, inform us as soon as possible, so we are able to block it and create a new safe PIN for you.

3 Duration

Subscriptions are automatically renewed until the member formally communicates otherwise. Subscriptions that have already been paid will not be fully nor partially refunded.


If you purchase the subscription online, you have the right to cancel it up to 14 days after making the payment, if it has not been used. This right of cancellation is not valid once you have made use of the subscription by training in the centre.

4 Registration and payment

Subscriptions are activated once the payment has been accepted and you have received an email confirmation from LOOP Fitness. Once the subscription begins, your credit card will be charged every 30 days.

When you sign up, we will send you an email with all the subscription details. If you have not received this information, please make sure your email is correctly submitted in our system and contact your local centre for more information.

Subscriptions paid in cash imply a prepayment of the contracted period.

The prices listed throughout the website include VAT.

5 Arrears payments

If the membership is not paid at the agreed time, the member’s access to the centre will be suspended, and a reminder letter may be sent to the member, whereupon an administration fee will be charged.

If the member does not pay within 10 days of this reminder, LOOP may send an additional reminder letter with an additional reminder fee. 

If the member does not pay within 10 days of this 2nd reminder, LOOP reserves the right to surrender the arrears for judicial collection. At the same time, the membership is considered terminated, just as if the member itself had terminated.

Thereafter, standard conditions apply for the notice period, as described in section 8. However, if the member wishes to continue training with LOOP, the payment for the next training period is due immediately, as the membership agreement is now considered breached.

6 Price changes

Any change in the subscription rates or administrative procedure will be notified in the centres at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

7 Pause Membership

A subscription can be paused either in person or by sending an email to the centre where it is subscribed. From the same day it is requested, the subscription will be considered paused.

The price of a paused subscription is 1€ every 30 days. During the pause period, the subscription cannot be canceled (see article 8).

The pause can last a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 180 days.

8 Cancel membership

A running subscription, and not paused, can be canceled at any time.

Simply log in to your member page here and choose “Unsubscribe membership” in the menu. It can only be done online. If you need assistance please call your local center or ask when you next visit.

In case you cancel before your prepaid period is done, you are welcome to continue training normally until the date where your next payment would have fallen.

9 Minimum age & Minor members

The minimum age is 15 years old. 

If a person is under 18 years of age, a membership can only be obtained with the written consent of the member’s guardian. Registration of minor members can only take place in person at a LOOP centre. In the event of non-payment or debt to LOOP, the applicable guardian guarantees the full amount.

10 Health conditions and personal injury

All training is at your own risk. 

A member is responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation in activities at LOOP. LOOP therefore recommends that you consult your own doctor if in doubt before starting training. LOOP also does not take responsibility for personal injuries to a member as a result of accidents or other visitors’ actions or defective actions.

11 Valuables

LOOP recommends that all items of value should be stored in a locked locker during training. Every centre is equipped with lockers with keys free to use for no extra charge.

LOOP bears no responsibility for loss due to theft or property damage.

12  Rules of conduct

All first-time trainers should consult an instructor before training. You can always reserve a free trial class here to make sure you will be given the needed information before starting your membership.

All specified rules of conduct as well as instructions given by LOOP staff must always be followed. 

During training, wear clothing that is not offensive to other members. Furthermore, for safety reasons, it is not permitted to wear loose-fitting scarves, etc. It varies from centre to centre whether outdoor shoes are permitted. In all centres there may be periods, eg. in the winter, when outdoor shoes are not permitted for training. When training in outdoor shoes is prohibited, this is clearly signposted in the centre. 

Equipment and facilities must be cleaned after each use. 

The centre is a non-smoking area. 

Applicable guidelines for cleaning and good hygiene must be followed. 

It is not permitted to use LOOP’s facilities without a valid membership, nor is it permitted for several people to use the same membership. Violation of this will result in a control fee (currently 100€) per. person involved.

13 Expulsion of members

LOOP reserves the right to terminate any subscription agreement with an immediate effect and at any time, without need for justification.

Under normal conditions, LOOP will refund prepaid services that have not been used. In serious conditions such as use of prohibited substances within the centre, doping, inappropriate attitudes with other members, illegitimate use of passwords or other reasons, no refund will be made.

In serious conditions, LOOP will charge for services remaining after expulsion for the minimum period established.

14 Change of subscription conditions

LOOP reserves the right to make changes regarding group activities, facilities, staff and schedules. Any change will be communicated two weeks in advance.

All other subscription conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

15 Refunds

If you are due a refund from LOOP, you will, as a general rule, be reimbursed this amount in the form of membership days (credit) in your future membership, and you will therefore not have the opportunity to have such amounts paid out in cash before your membership ends. If your membership has ended, any receivables will be transferred electronically via account transfer to a Spanish bank account.

16 LOOP Fitness Legal Information

Access information, including member name and password, to the site www.loopfitness.es is owned by LOOP Fitness Spain SL, which implies when in use acceptance of all the conditions described on this page.

LOOP Fitness Spain SL reserves the right to modify the content and/or scope of the Membership Conditions at any time, without the need to communicate or notify it in advance. Before acquiring any product or service, read the content carefully. As a customer, it is your responsibility to review the Membership Conditions before purchasing any product or service offered on this website.

These conditions for members will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Disputes that may arise between LOOP Fitness Spain SL and the client must be settled in the Courts and Tribunals of the client’s locality or in the Courts and Tribunals of the place of fulfillment of the obligations.

In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico), the identifying data of the responsible company, LOOP Fitness Spain SL is set out below:
